Im 12 and i weight 95 lbs. I dont try anything to keep my normal weight. To me everything i do is normal but it might not be too normal to you.
1: I do regular things around the house ; Helping Out, Cleaning, Ect .
2: I dont normally eat school lunch, I'll buy a snack from the SnackBar IF im REALLY hungry, I eat when i get home
3: I Walk To And From School
4: I play VolleyBall, we have practice everyday of the week except ; Thur. & Fri.
4: I Participate in ALL Gym activities
