Seems like I'm not alone! I'm 37 and 38 weeks prego and have been experiencing this RLS feeling since about week 21 ( ultraviolet) my midwifes look at me like I'm crazy. It keeps me up almost every night. But I also want to note that it has hap before a few years ago not prego. I'm std clear, of course drink tons of water, and sex got me into this mess..its more like a creepy crawly jump out of skin feeling that goes from my vagina to my behind and sometimes shoots out my toes, I wanna loose my mind.. Seems like exercise does help some, I also put lube around it or sometimes baby powder it help calm it down. Tylenol pm also. Or the old trusty pillow between legs maybe sometimes help..But seems to be worse the more tired I am. I hope it goes away after the baby.. The only thing I have tried that works everytime is to take tylenol pm, a Luke warm shower and a cup of hot tea( something hot) right before bed. Then STRAIGHT TO BED. Best of luck! Keep me informed too:)

Hi, I don't know if this will help but a few weeks ago I had developed strange sensations.it started with a pain on the left side of my chest, then my heart was racing and would go into a panic state,I was admitted to hospital once and once I called emergency services with the same symptoms. All investigations were negative.so I decided to research my symptoms I discovered that I had an irritated vergus nerve with possible causes being stress and poor diet (I was working full time and was studying at the same time),at the end of these pains I started having the tingling sensations in my vagina and under my chin,my gp prescribed the antiacid to to stop the acid reflux which was causing the spasms and irritating the nerve. I've taken the anticid for3days now great improvement and I'm taking vitamin b6 for the tingling sensation. My point being the tingling sensation can be a referred pain.pay attention to your diet and stress levels and see it helps

Hi guys, i think it might be triggeree by something different for each person. Up until today i used to only get this feeling when i went to pee after havinh sex. But today i haven't done that and the feeling has been quite constant for the past few hours. I can't sleep and i feel like i need to go to the toilet all the time. I thought the cause was possibly an infection from the condom used yesterday.
I wish it would go away

I had the same thing before. You should probably get checked because it's most likely a UTI (urinary tract infection). Home remedies are drinking cranberry juice. But if you just go to a walk in, you'll just have to give a urine sample, and the doctor will prescribe you with some antibiotics

I'm glad I'm not the only one, but I hate that ya'll are suffering along with me! I've been experiencing this for several years now, tossing and turning, moaning and groaning all through the night! My sensations are more of a low arousing vibration from the clitoris up all the way to the pelvis, also with restless leg syndrome. I did in fact find out through a sleep study I have R.L.S and have just been taking iron tablets since then. I suppose a good routine and exercise would straighten it out? Is anyone here on a good routine, diet, sleep schedule, and exercise? If not all 4 at like 2 out of 4 of these.

I've been having intermittent tingling to. This what I found. Not sure how helpful it is.Vaginal paresthesia/ tingling (medical symptom): A loss of sensation located at or around the vagina
Introduction: Tingling vagina
Vaginal paresthesia/ tingling (medical symptom): The skin sensation of partial numbness or "pins and needles" or a type of "burning", "tingling" or "creeping" sensation of the skin, is known as a "paresthesia". Symptoms may start as a tingling (paresthesia) and change to a numbness, or there may be a combination of decreased sensation (numbness) but with heightened sensations at certain times or with stimulation. Any type of tingling, burning, or numbness is usually a symptom related to a sensory nerve being damaged, diseased, or injured. Causes depend on the exact location of the paresthesia sensations, but typically include a physical nerve injury type condition (e.g. a nerve entrapment or some type of pressure being applied to a nerve directly or to the spinal attachment of that nerve), or a disease condition affecting the nerves (e.g. neuropathy, diabetic neuropathy, multiple sclerosis, diabetes, and others). Having these sensory symptoms in multiple locations, or the recurrence of similar symptoms in different locations is a hallmark symptom of multiple sclerosis, so your doctor will likely ask about the past history of similar symptoms to assess the likelihood of multiple sclerosis as a diagnosis (see symptoms of multiple sclerosis). Any of these tingling or numbness symptoms are more than just annoying; they can indicate a serious medical condition and require prompt medical diagnosis by a professional.
