I have been dealing with psoriasis for five years now. It is a very progressive disease. One year ago, the situation complicated with the arthritis attack. It affected knees and hips. Yes, it should be very effective in dealing with those two conditions. Actually, my grandfather uses Arava for his RA problems and he does not complain at all anymore.
