Hello, guys. My friend’s baby has been diagnosed with congenital hip dislocation. I think that this is something serious. I would like to know if this is followed with sharp pain. I hope someone will help me with this. I will appreciate all your replies considering this. Thanks in advance, guys.

Hello, there. I think that kids with congenital hip dislocation do not feel sharp pain. If you move this joint, you can hear the clicking sound. When these kids start walking, you can see them limping. Maybe the skin is characteristically folded there. However, I haven’t heard that they feel sharp pain. Maybe they do, I am not sure. You should consult an expert about this. Good luck with all! Bye!

Hi, everyone. I would agree with the previous post. My nephew had congenital hip dislocation when he was little. He didn’t feel sharp pain. We heard this clicking sound. When he started walking, he was unstable on that leg. Luckily, he fixed this. I hope your friend’s baby will manage it as well. Good luck! Bye!
