is eating slate pencil harmful for me?

Hi...I used to eat this since last one year I am addicted to slate...I took this from general store...Once in a day I eat max 10..I tried ti stop this habit but dont know i feel very uneasy if i not eat this...Can you please suggest me how to stop this...??

I eat white kaolin clay and pieces of soap. The soap I like to eat is irish spring and coast is my second favorite.

I have pica but I'm a chalk eater. I also eat soap. I put bars of Irish spring and coast in the same container as my chalk to satisfy both cravings. I'm hoping the iron supplements kick in soon b/c I'd like to kick the soap/chalk habit.
