I kind of have a little pain in my left knee and its been persistent for some time.  The pain seems to subside only after a good workout (lunges for example).  It comes back about 2 days later, but its kind of a dull pain.  My friend recommended Glucosamine.  Says its good for arthritis and stuff like that (sure hope I don't have arthritis).
