Hello, my friend and I will go to France next month, but I do have a small problem. I suffer from kinetosis motion sickness. I always feel nausea and vomit often when I travel by the plane, boat, train, or bus. It is something very annoying, because whatever public transportation I get in, I start feeling sick immediately. Hydroxyzine is a medication that blocks histamine receptors. Beside anti histamine effect, this drug has also anti cholinergic effect and depresses the CNS. This last effect H1 anti histamines including hydroxyzine, induce sedation and stop the nausea and vomiting (this also includes those people that suffer from kinetosis). My wife uses this druh every time we have to go somewhere, so I am sure that it would help you, too.
