There is only two years difference in your ages your 13 try to not worry about it, you just did something that you now regret.
The parents of the 11 year old could have an issue with it but it sounds like it was just a one time thing and it won't happen again.
Don't stress and worry about it was just a kiss and I don't think you would do it again so you have already learned that something that you regret doing is maybe a bad choice.
