I am 100% not pregnant and the only other time this has happened was before I had my son 9 months ago. I was wondering if it could have something to do with the medicine I am taking. I have been on zoloft for years and have never seen this side effect however I just started taking it again yesterday after being off of it for a week and today I noticed both of my nipples are leaking a small amount of clear fluid...should I be worried? :-)

If you are pregnant of course leaking breasts may occur. Another causation of leaking breasts is what is termed galactorrhea. Galactorrhea is caused by a small harmless brain tumor that tells the body to produce the hormone prolactin which then produces milk. This is a rare occurrence though. Drugs or hormones that stimulate prolactin secretion can cause spontaneous, persistent production of milk. Though I doubt this is zoloft side effect. I don't want to alarm you but nipple discharge could be also a symptom of breast cancer. You should definitely see a doctor soon.
