I took two days worth of Bactrim.  I had a glass of wine and after one sip I thought I was going to throw up.  I finished the bactrim and couldn't drink for two days.  I would say don't drink if you are on an antibiotic

Not true lol. Alcohol doesn't change the way the antibiotic works...at all actually. Just depending on when you're drinking and when you take the antibiotic, it could cause an upset stomach or something but it's not gonna make the antibiotic not work..lol

My personal physician as well as one of my best friends, who is an M.D., said that with Z-Pack, you can drink alcohol and it will not diminish the strength of the anti-biotic.

If u drinking amoxicilin can I drink 2 at the same time or its suppose to be 1?

I believe this is based on the strength of the antibiotic you take. For high-grade medicine, you should probably refrain from alcohol. But for lower end antibiotics, this should not be a problem.

Im sorry to say he didn't make it. After that night if binge drinking, he started experimenting with heroin and O.D on it. But the good news is, you can save a whole bunch of money by switching to *** removed by moderator ***!

What are the side effects on taking antabuse? What is the longest amount of time the courts can make an individual take this drug? I'm not being an alcoholic.
