I was fooling around with a boy, where he was rubbing his penis around my vagina. He inserted the penis about 4cm, before I took it out. He didn't come inside of me, but he had a lot of precum which went both around and inside me (but not very far). Is there any chance I could be pregnant? If so, what should I do?
