Hi,i had a tubal clip tie 18 years ago is it possible for the clips to come undone?? i always regular with my periods however my partner works away i had my period before he came home which would have made it day 12 in the january when i had intercourse after period, i never seen the February 4th date when i would have normally been due,however 4th march i had a brown spotting and that has been it,i have done several pregnancy tests all coming back negative bit i am craving certain foods sleeping going dizzy and have cramps in my side and opposite arm! has anyone else had this before? could i actually be pregnant?
