Is the labia majora supposed to be firm or soft? I have a firm round area that is fairly large in my right labia, toward the mons pubis. I have been raped so I pretty much forgot about that area and now that I have felt that lump I don't know if I'm talking myself out of what I'm feeling or not. I just can't remember how its supposed to feel. Also, on the same side I have a nagging feeling going up toward my abdomen, like a line or area of burning and it feels a bit hard there too. Any information would be great. Both places aren't really painful, just nagging, like saying its there.
Extra info if needed is that I'm 31. About 5 years ago I had pre-cancer in my uterus and was treated for that. I had two D&Cs to get rid of the pre-cancer. I'm not sure of any other info needed so if you need more let me know and I'll post. I will see a doctor for this, but I wanted to make sure that I was feeling what I thought I was feeling.
