I have had a hip replacement, been put on two trammadol every six hours with paracetemol and ibroprofen, The Ibroprofen is drying up my skin terribly, face and body. it makes me dreadfully constipated too.

I am now waiting very painfully for the proceedure to start up on the other hip. The pain is intolerable, surely I shouldn't have in this day and age to put up with pain and too many side affects.  I take a small white pilll to counteract any sickness with tramadol.

Please help.
