It might be. It all depends upon the laws where you live. In general terms, if you are under 16 you can not consent to have sex.
Take a home test if you can. Sometimes, especially when you're young, your period may be irregular. You do need to find out sooner rather than later if you are pregnant. You will need what is called "prenatal" care. Your doctor would need to make sure that you are healthy, having a baby isn't easy, and that the baby is in good health too.
Deal with the repercussions later. For now, you need support. If you are pregnant getting angry with you won't alter that fact.

This is the problem with this shitty statutory rape law. Most times it makes no sense. That law should be removed or modified to suit modern days. That law is so useless especially these days.
I feel so bad for you. I have absolutely no idea how to advise you. Have you spoken to the guy? You both seem close to each other and you love him enough to want to protect him.
Have you spoken to his mom? Maybe she can speak to your mom and work things out.
