However, the fillers can have gluten. Hydroolizged starch protein can be anything. I just got a prescription to this and it HAS gluten in it as I had a very dramatic reaction!

I realize this is 4 years old but as long as you rinse the rice, you are fine. I have never reacted to rice in restaaurants. Potatoes and corn are OK as well. I'm ultra sensitive. I fall into the 5 ppm or less of gluten in something. Your best bet is to as Dr's, pharmacists, call drug companies and research things online.

Stay away from all breads cakes pastries make sure you check salad dressings soy sauce gravys. A lot of french fries have gluten such as McDonald's Burger King on their French fries. Wendy's french fries are gluten free but they are cooked and in oil that has gluten cooked in it. Some people sensitivity is vary. I just ate a piece of cheese that was cooked on the bagel and it's triggered a gluten migraine and all my joints in my body kill. So for instance if you have cheesecake that has crumbs on the bottom it would be contaminated because the gluten was cooked through it. It is very hard for the first 2 years. And once you do get it out of your system the littlest amout will affect you. Also be very careful with icecreams that have cake cookies brownies a lot of ice cream has gluten in it.
