I woke up one day last week-ish with an urge to itch down there, and it wasn't painful at first, like just annoying. But, as the days went by, it became very apparent that it wasn't just a simple "Oh, it's itching down there, let's relieve it." It started to hurt/burn a bit... And, to make matters worse, my period started around 2 days ago and the swelling started yesterday without warning and now my labia is really swollen and hurting a lot. I can't walk without feeling pain and/or burning or itching sensation now. And, weirdly enough, if I don't put vaseline on the swollen area, it starts to get 'dry' and become kind of 'crusty' on the highest point of the labia... :/ I've never had this happen before in my life! I've also never had a yeast infection/vaginitis or any vaginal infection except some UTIs here and there.
