itchy on my palms...

First of all, don't be afraid. Everything can be cured, so just follow your doctor's instruction. A relative of mine had hives on his back, and with regular therapy which includes antihistamines and cortisone cream and topical products successfully cured it.

Hives are very itchy and can be that severe that bother your rest or sleep. What's the intensity of your itching? 

It's very hard to find the cause of acute hives, but it can be treated, as I said. Because hives are skin allergic reaction, you can test what cause it. 

But, remember, you don't need to be terrified. I understand that you're upset, but just accept your state and start recovery process.
