Hello, guest.

While I cannot provide a diagnosis, I can offer some general information about skin conditions that may match your description:

  1. Folliculitis: This is an inflammation of the hair follicles, often looking like small red bumps or white-headed pimples around hair follicles. It can be itchy and when squeezed, might release pus. It's often caused by a bacterial or fungal infection.

  2. Allergic Reaction or Dermatitis: An allergic reaction to a substance or irritant dermatitis can cause itchy, pimple-like bumps. These can become more inflamed when scratched.

  3. Heat Rash: Also known as prickly heat, it appears as small, itchy red bumps on the skin. It usually occurs due to excessive sweating, often in hot, humid conditions.

  4. Insect Bites: While you mentioned they don't seem like bites, sometimes insect bites can appear as itchy, pimple-like bumps and become more swollen when scratched.

  5. Acne: Although more common on the face, chest, and back, acne can also appear on the stomach, arms, and legs. It can be itchy and pus-filled.

  6. Keratosis Pilaris: This is a common skin condition that causes small, hard bumps that may make your skin feel like sandpaper. They're usually found on the upper arms, thighs, cheeks, or buttocks. They can sometimes become itchy, especially when the skin is dry.

Since skin conditions can vary greatly and some can resemble others, it's important to consult a healthcare provider or a dermatologist for a proper diagnosis and treatment. Try not to scratch the bumps, as this can lead to further irritation or infection.
