So this month i have had real bad acne and idk i had 2 bumps on my face small like the rest but idk....the first one looked like a dirty brown like when someone has a ingrown hair but ik it wasnt that. popped the first one and whitish/yellow pus came out followed with a mix of blood and clear fluid, then the second one i popped the same day and only the pus came out followed by a little blood and mostly clear fluid....the first one scabbed immediately like a day after but i pulled it off and it was bleeding. After it stopped it was just bore and a deep red pink, and it felt like the skin around it started to tighten with a little crater in the middle, the second one had long scabbed up but i didnt mess with it till today i wanted to see something, when i pulled it off today it was like a regular pink with the surrounding skin being pink and when i squeezed only clear fluid came in a teeny tiny amount. The second one still feels like something can be squeezed out but i dont wanna try to mess with it again as this one was my experimental observation bump.....if i touch directly it doesn't hurt but if i apply pressure and rub down it stings and feels sharp a not enough to make me stop but it's definitely there......what can this be. I really havent had bad acne ever and my face was so clear like i have all these tiny black bumps around my face that came out of no where and the black bumps have been ongoing sonce December last year..........also as i notice today as the first bump heeled it has turned black.......

Hello, guest.
From your description, it's possible that the bumps you've been experiencing are related to acne or other skin conditions. Here are a few possibilities:
-
Acne can manifest as small bumps on the skin that may contain pus. Popping acne lesions can sometimes lead to scabbing and potential infection. The appearance of pus, blood, and clear fluid when you popped the bumps could be related to the inflammation associated with acne.
-
Although you mentioned it didn't look like an ingrown hair, sometimes ingrown hairs can cause similar symptoms, including pus and blood when popped.
-
Larger, more painful, and deeper acne lesions can sometimes develop into cysts or nodules. These can be more challenging to treat and may require medical attention.
-
The presence of pus and subsequent scabbing could indicate a skin infection. It's important to be cautious about repeatedly popping or manipulating such lesions, as it can worsen the infection and lead to scarring.
-
The tiny black bumps you mentioned around your face may be blackheads. These are often caused by clogged hair follicles and can be a form of acne.
It's essential to resist the urge to pop or manipulate any skin lesions as it can lead to complications like infection, scarring, and further inflammation. Instead, consider scheduling an appointment with a dermatologist. They can examine your skin, provide a proper diagnosis, and recommend appropriate treatment options.
Maintaining good skincare habits, including gentle cleansing and the use of non-comedogenic products, can also help manage acne and prevent future breakouts.
