Hi i have something that concerns me. It started about a months ago i noticed my testicles had red spots and they were kinda itchy and dry i went to the doctor they tested me for syphilis and it came back negative , they gave me some treatment for it saying it was just jock itch. I used the medication for 2 weeks like prescribed and it didn't get better. This Thursday will mark a month since i've been to the doctor its gotten worse since then. I have multiple red spots on my testicles and penis base and they itch and the skin is like dry and flaky but now my butt crack has a lot of red and itchy spots and i don't know what i should do. Should i go back to the doctor could it just be jock itch or shoud i treat it with something else. Please let me know and i am a virgin as well so i don't think its an std.
