Hi am 20 year old boy....I've been experiencing a strange pain in my upper left abdomen.... It feels like a stabbing pain and and I usually feel dizzy after eating and bathing....I once saw some blood in my stools and I Always feel an itching pain in my butt.....am nausea and have shortness of breath sometimes and stomach discomfort and constipation..... What could it be
