ok so i weigh about 116 but lately it feels like ive gained a little weight! i hate it. i only have at least a month and my goal is t be 100 or 105 by the time school starts. i have to go to work with my mom and its an office and all i prety much do is sit. my parents own the whole building and on top of the office is my parents jewelry store. so obviously i cant run around but go up and down the stairs alot. im 4''11 and i need help trying to loose the weight. i try to stay away from snacks but nothing works.i need help please!

Hi, first of all i would like to know how old are you? According to your weight and height you seem young. It is normal for you to gain weight , you are in development. I dont think you should concern yourself about your weight and you should not bang your head about it. But if you really want to do something about your weight gain you should do some form of exercise. Well, you mention that most of the time you have to sit, but you mentioned there are stairs there so you might take that advantage. You could simply walk up and down the stairs, there's no need to run, just walk up and walk down and that will burn your calories like crazy and it will help your legs and they will look better after a while.
