Hello,

I’m scheduled for j pouch removal surgery next month and it’s been truly difficult to live with it – and I can only assume it will be hard to live without it, as well. But, the j pouch attached itself to my bladder and most likely on one of my ovaries so after 3 years it has to be removed. What I don’t know is whether I’ll have any part of my small intestine left when pouch gets removed. Also, how long will it take for me to recover after this surgery?
