Hey vicki I know how you feel. I hate that fat above my knees! It looks like I have double knees and even worse when I am standing I think that everybody can see the tone of that stupid cellulite.

And when I got sick of that I had joined the gym. This was very difficult decision to make because I don't like gym and I hate to exercise. So I started to work out with a personal trainer but this was like a punishment to me. And I was trying so much to follow the instructions he gave me.

At first I haven't noticed any changes but after one month I started to feel much better. My body and my mind were working together and my knees weren't so ugly anymore. And the only exercises that I think helped a lot were squats. Regular squats were the best thing for my knees but the gym was the best thing for my mind. I still hate working out but at least now when I enter the gym I know that after I will be feeling like a million dollar.
