i am 19 and not sexually active, but on occasion my vagina will start to itch and my right labia swells and itches for a couple hours, then goes back to normal. I have never gone to a gyno. Should i be concerned about this?

this happens to me sometimes, im not sure what it is but i usually take a warm bath and wash the area with a poof ball and some liquid soap, then after the bath i dry the area and apply vasaline to it, i also wear a pany liner so i dont get the grease all over my panties, it seems to help the swelling and iching a lot, also i noticed the more u ich the more it hurts, swells, and iches worse ; (
