So, I'm trying to lose weight, and I have lost some actually. I've lost just enough to see that I have a huge frame. My rib cage is huge, and so are my hips and shoulders. I'm afraid that if I do (when I do - gotta stay optimistic) lose the amount of weight that I want, that I'll just be small looking from side-on, and then front-on I'll be very wide-looking. I do not want to be wide. I feels my hips, and it feels like bone. And my ribs are just wide, I don't know how else to emphasis that except for using the neat little text thingies. Anyway, if I lose weight, will my shape/frame change slightly as well? Even if it was just a smaller version of this. I mean, I'm sort of an hourglass, and sort of just straight. My waist isn't very well-defined. So, any tips or knowledge or anything, that anybody, anywhere, would like to share with me, to help me get over this? Please? Or maybe you have stories of your own? Have you lost a ton of weight and found that your shape has changed? Or it hasn't? Anything will help. Thank you very much. :-)
