Sounds like your daughter has an infection. Have a doctor check it out.

Hallo,
The lump behind your daughter ear might be an enlarged lymph node. You have to know that lymph nodes are a big part of our immune system and they tend to get enlarged when your experience some sort of an infection in your body. The lump behind her ear tells me that she might be having an ear infection right now. Did she tell you if she has any pain in the ear? Try to ask her if she noticed any ringing in her ear as well. If this condition last for several more days I would advise that you take your daughter to see a doctor. He can diagnose the problem more accurate after doing few tests.
