Hello. I'm 17 years old male and I have developed one very unpleasant problem and I don’t know whom to talk to.
You see, about a week ago, during showering, I have noticed that I have one red lump on my scrotum.
I didn’t know what it is but I hopped that it will disappear by it self. This didn’t happen. With time, it has only grown and turned into large white lump. Now, I'm really not so calm and I would like to know what the hell is going on with me. I'm not sexually active so I know that it isn’t some STD. Can someone please tell me some facts about this condition? Should I squeeze it or what?

Hello. I would really like to help you understanding some things because I see that you're a bit frightened by all this.
You see, I strongly believe that we are talking about some simple scrotal pimple, clogged pore or some inflamed hair follicle. Both conditions are harmless and you shouldn’t worry a bit.
You keep in mind that definitely you shouldn’t squeeze it because you could cause bacterial infection.
It will disappear spontaneously and while waiting- you could apply some antibacterial crème such as Bactrim on that area just to prevent infections.
