Hello, im from Bosnia and im 22 years old, this is what is happening to me...

So for month and a half i have this feeling like there is a lump in my throat on the left side under adams apple, i noticed this when i was on a Live concerte and sung loud, the next morning i woke up and imiadetly felt like there is a small lump in my throat... I told my parents about that they said ahh cmon its nothing... LOL

I stopped smoking 12 days ago cause of that...

Recently i started to feel a slight pain on the left side of the chest almost in the center where the heart is, that pain comes and goes every day.

I dont have problems swallowing nor do i feel some kind of pain. I just think that this lump is connected to this chest/heart pain and im sh1t scared to go to the doctor cause i smoked and i have not a good feeling about this... What it could be?
