I am a twenty year old military college student. I got punched in the nuts by accident last Wednesday during Marine Corps Martial Arts Class, and when I went to sleep that night my nuts were fine (besides some light swelling and discomfort), but when I woke up yesterday morning my left testicle was sore, and it wouldn't drop to its original length (my left testicle is usually lower than my right one and now it's the other way around). There has been no blood in my urine or semen, but there may be a bruise on the top of my testicle, and there's a small one on my scrotum. There is still a little discomfort and aching.
How long will it be before my nuts go back to normal, and should I see a doctor?
