I am a plus sized woman - I struggled with eating disorders in my teens and finally went on to develop obesity after I became a mom. I went from a size 0 to a size 14. Do you think that this will affect my life expectancy? What is the life expectancy for obese women?

I don't know if you would be considered obese at all at that size. Obesity does affect your life expectancy of course, and I think eating disorders and going from underweight to overweight also have a negative long term impact on your health that might even affect your life expectancy. You can live a health life now and do as much as you can to remain healthy - that is pretty much all any of us can do, I think.
