today I ate something for lunch that made me feel a bit queasy and have a headache...later, an our or so after a bowel movement, I urinated and when I wiped anally, there was a bit of pink, watery blood on the toilet paper. Not vaginal...I double checked by wiping anally again. My stomach has also been crampy this evening. symptoms started today after eating luch. Should I be worried?
