Hi, my husband and I have been trying for baby number two for sometime now. I don't have regular period, and have worked out I run on about a 45-47 day cycle. I am due for my period in about 10 days. But 4 days ago, I went to the toilet and notice some very light pink discharge on the toilet paper... it was completely gone that evening. Could this be a pregnancy sign? I have also been having headaches and noticed my breasts slightly sore (nothing major tho). I took a pregnancy test today and it came back as negetive...

Well you have symptoms that indicate pregnancy. You might have been testing your self too early. If your hCG level is not high enough the test will not show you correct result.
Try to test your self in a few days. If you are worried about something the best thing for you would be to go to doctor and check your self out.

Well it can be very hard to wait for something. You are having all these symptoms and still you don't know if this is it. Important thing is that you do not stress your self, or this can have side affects on your condition. Stay positive as much as you can. And also don't give up. Keep trying no matter what.
