Look im hereing alot of bad stuff after surgery and I was wondering is there a chance I will able to wear heels and be the active girl I was before?....I am 21 and believed that this was a common and successful recovery. I got hit by a car when I was cross-walking on campus. I wanna say that I have faith that all will go well, however reading people's comments, i rarely see anything positive, which puts a downer on me...I have 2 screws and three wires in my right foot now. However, as I am young still I think I will be gud because I heard my bones will grow faster if instead I was real old. I did not want to do surgery at all, but my doc said I needed to badly or I would end up with problems for the rest of my life. I have a wedding to go to in 8 months and am hispanic. I always loved to go out and dance and I just dnt kn wat to think wit this injury. Please if ANYONE out there haS a SUCCESFUL recovery it would be helpful for your story to see that I am right. I am young u kn, and it wasnt even my ffault ughh it was a drunk driver, but I am a god believer and think that I will come out fine once I am fully recovered I dont even care if it takes 2 yrs as long as I am good for life. MInd over matter i Believe, bc most pplz kn me as a strong, succesful and independt woman lol....
