i am 15 years old, female and i weigh 224 pounds and i would like to loose 3 stone in 3 months. i cant get motivated and im really fussy with food. if anyone can give me tips or any exercise routines i can follow it would be a massive help. :D

Ouch, I would like to help, but have to get my res teacher pen out first ;) no hard feelings okay? It's "losing" not "loosing".. Loose as in your pants will fit you loose after you "lose" the weight you want. I know, it's one of those weird words ;) Anyway, start by walking at least a mile four days a week... What kind of food are you eating?

walking is good bt if you can run for at least two days a week its better
