Im 15 years old , i weigh 10 stone and im 5 foot 5, please help me lose weight , im sick of this and whenever i tell my mum that i want to loss weight she just babbles on about your healthy but i dont think i am , if you could write down what i should be eating and some daily exercises  i would REALLY appreciate it!!

i wouldnt use diet pills those are dangerous for your age! maybe you need to change your lifestyle and try to get your family to change so they can support you and help you. its easier to do it with the people you live with than alone. first thing is make sure you get at least 8 hours of sleep each night. always be active like walking around instead of sitting, you will burn more calories that way. do 2 hours of exercise each day. drink plenty of water through out the day at least 8 glasses. stay away from carbs and fast food, make sure you only eat the seving size and no more than that also only one serving. three balanced meals a day with two healthty snaks inbetween, no soda diet or not, if your an over eater keep yourself busy doing something all the time so you dont think about eating, sugary cearals are a no no, get a job, take up some hobbies. cut out all condements from your diet, (i.e butter, sugar, salt, peper, ketchup, maynoise, mustard,) all those add up alone so trust me once you take those away youll loose a lot from just doing that alone.
