Are there any exercise programs that you would recommend that involve the loss of belly fat? I have a problem in this area of the body, though besides this, I think that my body is basically OK. I am no Kate Moss, but I am quite happy with my body. Except for this one area. Please do forward me any suggestions you may have.

Well unfortunately according to some research spot reduction doesn't work. So really you should engage in high intensity cardio training which would help to reduce your belly fat there is know easy way other than that too lose fat
