I have a simple and straight forward question. I know that many people have trouble with belly fat, and I know that there are a 101 different methods being advertised that promise to help you lose your belly fat. I am interested in hearing from you whether you think these diets work? Because I think that you can only really get a flat belly through exercise. Hell, I am doing more ab crunches a day than I can even count, and I still have belly fat.
