If you had to pick a method to lose weight quickly but for free to recommend to someone else, what method would you choose? I am not really sure where to start losing weight, other than knowing I won't sign up for expensive diet plans. I have 6 kilos to lose. Any thoughts you might have for me would be welcome! Thanks!

Hi, I am not sure what you mean by quick, but if I were you I would just cut down the amount of food you eat. If you eat any foods that are really fatty or obviously unhealthy, I would start there. Don't snack too much either. Lessen your fat intake. If you do that, the weight should start coming down.

How about exercise? You do not need to join a gym or buy expensive in-home exercise equipment to get a great work out. I suggest you log on to youtube, and have a look at the thousands of free work out clips that you can find on there. You can do simple, no-equipment work outs in the comfort of your own home that don't cost you anything at all.
