I am an absolute newbie to working out, but even though I hate sport, I am willing top give it a try. My goal is to lose the fat I am slowly gaining all over my body, and to gain muscle instead. What do you recommend? What are your favorite work out routines and why? Are there any work out routines that you would suggest to people who don't like work outs? Any help would be gratefully received! Thank you in advance.
