Dear online friends, I am going to try and lose weight - I am 160 pounds at the moment, and for my body type I feel that I am too fat. The first thing I am going to do is to start exercising regularly. If I go running, cycling, or do a gym work out three times a week, how much weight do you think I will be able to lose in a week? How much weight did you lose in a week with exercise?

I think that you can be sure to lose a pound or two in a week if you do high intensity work outs for about an hour three times a week. This will only happen if you don't start eating more all of a sudden of course. If you combine diet and exercise, I think four pounds a week is an attainable goal.

It will little bit hard to lose your weight in 1 week in will not be possible.
you can lose but not that much.
