This site, and so many other weight loss sites, are so full of comments that in order to lose weight, you need to both diet and exercise. My question is, kind of as a follow up to the general idea that diet + exercise = weight loss, what exercise make you lose weight the quickest? Has anyone put this to the test, and what were your results?

It's not big secret that you need to do a combination of cardio and strength training to gain muscles and lose weight, if you need it. What I suggest you do is join a gym, so that you can have access to all their equipment, and perhaps go to an aerobic class once or twice a week as well. That way, you will be doing a variety of work outs, making sure that you maximize your weight loss potential, and avoid getting bored.
