i had unprotected sex with a married man only once but i was a virgin i bleed a little. after that he said he cannot be a father because his cells are dead so that is why i will not be pregnant. but now am late on my periods. still there is any chance of pregnancy while he was infertile???? if yes so what should do because i was not on pills and plan b?????

You could just be late. Its still very early to tell. Give it a week and if no period arrives take a test. Just because he says he can't be the father does not make it so. If you do end up preggers and he doesn't want to man up to his child you can always try to get a DNA test. They can be pricey and a hassle but if he is the only man you have slept with and he wont own up it may be your only choice. There is always the option of going to his wife and informing her about whats happening but I wouldn't do that unless you are 100% sure you are preggers and he is the father.
