Nothing I read in your complaints sounds particularly worriesome or abnormal. The occasional loose stool can be a result of anxiety or something you ate or even the onset of a menstrual period. Stomach or abdominal cramps can be caused by many things--something you ate, your period or a common virus. Some women experience low right or left abdominal pain when they ovulate, about 10 days before the onset of a period. Emotions can also play a big role in how you feel in your stomach and intestinal tract. I would suggest that you examine when you have these abdominal complaints..are you worried or upset, are you having your period or due for one in a week or so, have you eaten dairy products or gas forming foods (beans, nuts, cabbage, broccoli) recently? If your symptoms get more severe or more frequent or you notice blood in your stools, you should seek the advice of a doctor. If you have a physical in the next year, discuss your concerns (or ask your school nurse).

I re-read your post and wanted to reply to some other complaints.
Headaches can be caused by many things--stress, sinus. Most benign. If you are feeling shakey it may be that you haven't eaten in awhile and could use a meal or snack. If you drink a lot of caffeine containing products, coffee, colas, Mountain Dew, Red Bull it could cause shaking. Some vaginal discharge is normal--if it is yellow or green or smells bad or is itchy, you may have an infection. As far as back pain in the morning, it may just be a case of the way you sleep. If you sleep on your belly, you are more likely to experience back pain. It is not unusual to experience back pain during your periods or is you have engaged in some kind of exercise or lifting, a day or two before the onset of pain.
