Hey everyone I am new to this site. I must say that i love what i see thus far. Well anyway to the point.
I am 24 Male and pretty happy with my appearance. I have a "4 pack" and my Pecs are pretty defined as well as my arms. However, My sides from the distance of my belly button and down to where my pubic hair starts to grow seems a little chubby in and around the sides. These are commonly referred to as 'Love Handles' I believe. I have just started going to the Gym last week and must say I have already noticed results. But simply put I am an amateur and just don't know how to target the areas i want. Right now my targeted areas are the love handles, so how do I get rid of them? I heard running is good, Is this true? Any help would be much appreciated Thanks.

I'm in the same situation. You can try side situps to tighten the muscles and hold up the skin better.
But the most important thing is to burn calories so get on that treadmill and walk/jog/run.
