okay so i am 14, around 5'3, and weigh around 130-134. i want to be around 110-120 lbs. i cant buy any special weightloss products. ( i would most likely like to lose ALL of my thigh fat, the little fat under my arms, my "love handles" ,and the little fat roll near the bottom of my stomach if that makes sence. any ideas?? what should i eat and howw long should i run... i have a treadmill and thats pretty much it. i am willing to do anything to make all of this fat go AWAY. i also have stretch marks on my thighs and "love handles" and want to be in real good shape because i am starting high school in the next month..

i am 17 years old and my big problem is the little roll at the bottom of my belly and my love handles.. i have also been trying to lose weight but where i'm on birthcontrol it makes it hard to do.. but if you got a tredmill then start out slow and just work you way up until your running three or four miles everyday and cut back on the pop and if you can do sum swats and stuff then that will help you lose the fat on your tighes..

Can you tell me why birth control is making your weight loss more difficult? I'd just like to know because it doesn't seem to make much sense to me at first thought. Is there some reason why it would take more effort? Thanks!
