Im 19yrs old, 6' 238lbs. I have stretch marks pretty much all over my upper body. Stomach, pecs, lovehandles, shoulders, the works. Im currently on a diet to lose weight before I start working out again and I was just wondering if there is any possibility I will obtain anykind of muscle tone in my abs or if I will always have a loose flabby stomach du to stretch marks.

Ive made my peace with the fact that they arent going away but is it possible to still obtain definition?

i am 20 and was in the same place as u a year ago..ive lost 3 stone and work out 4 times a week...i had stretch marks on my abs and up my sides...they have slowly faded..and i found that after being on holiday and getting a tan they were near enough invisible...altho my stomach is really defined as yet...its way more defined than it was before!!

i found that a mix of cardio and weights train and a strict diet rlli works! its hard to stick to but it did it for me!!

Try not eating carbs after 3p.m and eating plenty of white meat,fruit and veg!
