hey

i m 27, been having low grade fever since 7m-th all the time, it just does not goes away

swelling in the nose but no mucus, when to the Ear/nose doctor he just gave me sprays but did not help

night sweets

and frequent bowel movements

all the test comming back normal

but it so difficult beacuse of the fever

im affraid they missing something

please help
