I am 47 years old and I have a weight problem. I wasn't thinking about this up until recently when my regular visit to a doctor left me shocked. Doctor said to me that I have to immediately start with some low impact fitness program. If not, I'll be looking for some serious cardiac problems in a not so distant future. So, what is this low impact fitness? Will I be able to do it?

Of course you will. Low impact fitness was specially designed for older people and people who are not willing to do some hard exercises. No jumping and slower movements are the basics of this type of fitness. It is also recommended for pregnant women and people recovering from injury. Anyway, I strongly recommend that you start practicing as soon as you can.
